In the past few years, the popularity of barbecuing has grown enormously. Rightly so, because it’s a wonderful way of preparing your food. I consciously use the word food because the time that I used my barbecue just for bacon and ready-made hamburgers is far behind me now. Now, I see the BBQ as an extension of my kitchen. In recent years I have learned how to prepare an evening-filling dinner on the BBQ. Delicious starters, exciting main courses, and enchanting desserts, anything is possible! How cool is that?!
I enjoy barbecuing every single time I do it. My heart instantly starts beating faster as soon as I hear the crackling of the charcoal and smell the lovely smoke out of the BBQ. However, I think that the best thing is the silent moment when my guests are about to start eating. Their eyes are closed and a smile appears; this is what I do it for! I hope that I can ignite you, readers, with my enthusiasm. Bastiaan and I will certainly continue to create exciting dishes, interesting blogs, and fun videos!
